How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. Tracked orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at keleenproctor9@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking link from your shipping confirmation email. If there's no update after 14 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Most of our car accessories are designed to be universal. Each product page lists compatibility details — if you're unsure, email us before ordering and we'll confirm for you.
What voltage/plug types do your electrical products support?
Our electrical products are listed with their specifications on each product page. Our travel adapters support 150+ countries. Always check the product page for your specific item.
Do your solar products work in cloudy weather?
Yes, our solar products will still charge in overcast conditions, though at a reduced rate. For best performance, position them in a spot that receives the most available daylight.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at keleenproctor9@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
